The first thing you need to do is choose whether or not you want to use one of your current e-mail addresses or to open up a new e-mail account. I have to give you a fair warning that these traffic websites will send you an overwhelming amount of e-mails. It takes awhile to get used to. I use Microsoft Outlook to quickly scan and delete the ones I don’t intend to participate in.
