I am not pretty sure as to which is the best as I have not tried them yet. Instead I would like to put one more question here as to whether these traffic exchanges sites are really good and how much are they effective in increasing the traffic to the website? Are these traffic's genuine, I mean what's the conversion ratio for such traffic?

I think it is a toss up between easyhits4u and Realhitz.  I love traffic exchanges.  I have never even heard of clickevolution.  Well that is my opinion anyway.  I might add that ilovehits.com beats both of them.
