SimpleGPT is actually a get paid to complete offers/surveys site but they have a batch of (currently) 15 paid to click offers.  Open each offer, click on 1 link, submit it for credit on the site, wait for the manual offers to be approved (they are 2-3 times daily) and earn!!!  They payout anywhere from 10c to 15c each.  At 10cents each that's $1.50 a day and the minimum payout is $5.00.  Can be made within 4 days.  They also payout instantly to your paypal account (so long as your account has been verified, which is a simple phone call, leave some acct info, name, address, dob).  Their is a daily cap on how many times the offers can be clicked on, so suggestion do them earlier in the day.  They do reset at midnight EST.
 
I love doing the other offers as well.  I've been with SimpleGPT for almost a year now and have been paid over and over again. 
It is currently only available to the USA, sorry CA, UK, AU and others.
You must be 13 years old.

wow, look what I found, an old post bragging about SimpleGPT..... and still today, I'm bragging about it.
Some things have changed, all for the better, imo.
Daily Paid to Click offers have been added, many credit instantly.
Payout has been lowered to $1.00 - You can cash out each and every day here with it being that low.
Mega contests - Doug has been running at least 3 contests each month. The completion contest runs for 1/2 the month - twice, so the March 1st thru 15th will be ending shortly, but a new one will start on the 16th. He's been having a month long referral contest and he's even been sneaking in a couple 1 or 2 day contests during the month sometime.
Always new offers being added and they still continue to credit wonderfully!

You are missing out on some great money if you're not signed up here and completing offers or just clicking offers too.

Get paid to play games!  Ton of offers here at SimpleGPT where you download the game, play it for a minute or two and get credit.  They pay very well too.  Simple process.... and so far, no VIRUS attached to ANY of the games. 
 
I would like to point out that while you are doing the installation, there are a few advertisement windows that appear, for things like the ask toolbar, bling, weatherbug etc.... be sure to UNCHECK all the boxes on each window before clicking 'next'. 
After you have installed the game, a new window should appear for you to play the game.... play for a minute or so and you're done.  Submit the offer here on SimpleGPT and watch them credit!!!  They have been GREAT for crediting.
 
The forum posts instructions on how to uninstall the software without having to reboot your computer after each game.  Takes a little getting use to but what new instructions don't take a little understanding. 
 
Doug also has a batch of Paid Emails that earn 4 cents for each email.  You need to check those out too.

3) You MUST open the link and then click on ONE or more additional links on the landing page that interest you

4) You can ONLY click on the links from the email on the SAME DAY the email is sent. A new set of emails with new links will be sent each day for as long as we have these offers.

Being part of the "OLDER" generation, I remember the day when we'd make up May Day baskets and drop the off at friends' doorsteps, ring the bell (or knock on the door) and run like mad, hoping we wouldn't be caught.  What fun......
Kinda like the contests that Doug has..... not the part of ringing the bell and running like mad.... but completing as many offers as we can go get ahead of the pack.  This morning when I look at the new contest for May, the 1st place person has only completed 5 offers..... that makes it a great for any one of you to get in the contest for yourself!
