Solution to this is actually quite simple: just bet on two opposite outcomes in two sportsbooks, by doing so you can't win or lose anything, but you can still fulfill withdrawing requirements. Make a few bets and promotion is yours.
If you use betting exchange as one sportsbook, you don't need to fulfill withdrawing restrictions every time you visit a sportsbook, as you can use it for clearing all sing-up offers.
