So how much is this going to cost me?

Is there a contract or any small print?

No contract and no small print.
What should I do with the contract with my mobile phone service provider?

You will keep your contract active for now. But you can change it to the minimum service contract that still includes internet access.

Do I need a special phone?

You need a phone that allows internet access and has a browser display. All modern ‘Smart’ phones have this.
How do I sign up for the service?

Join GWN for free and login to your back office section of the web site. You will see the button to click on to sign up for the free trial.

When you want to continue using the service you login and click on the button to subscribe. You can take the monthly option or save nearly 50% and go for the yearly subscription.
How do I pay for the subscription?

All payments are made via our eWallet service. You create your wallet account and fund it instantly using credit cards. You can also fund your wallet using bank transfer.

When your wallet is funded you can subscribe to the service.
How long does it take to create and fund my wallet account?

Creating your wallet is done in a couple of minutes. Funding is instant when using a credit card. It can take a few days when using the bank transfer option.
Do I get a refund if I do not want to cancel the service after paying the subscription?

The reason we give you a 7 day free trial is to experience our service and decide if this is something you want to use and maybe even promote to others. If you opt to subscribe we assume that you have tried the service and like it. Therefore we do not issue refunds after the subscription has been paid.
How do I make free calls to my contacts?

This is incredibly easy. You simply add your contacts to your special GWN directory. When any of your contacts in the directory are available you will see the symbol beside their name on your directory display. Then you call them!
What happens when I want to call someone in my network but there is no symbol showing that they are available to call for free?

In the unlikely event that you can’t reach someone because they are in a location with no internet connection you can still reach them using GWN direct call service at discounted local rate,
What happens when I want to call a number that is not in my Green Win Network?

Just call the number using our service and make a massive saving on the cost of that call compared to what you would usually pay. The saving is different for each location that you are calling.

You can check our call rates in your telecoms back office section.
What happens when I take my phone to another country and want to make calls?

There are currently only 3 options.

1. Check with your service contract to see if you have data transfer / internet access included for free when you travel.
2. Connect to a wifi or hotspot.
3. Purchase a SIM card locally that includes internet access
Will GWN be extending its’ service to include free calls when travelling in other countries?

Yes we will. GWN will be introducing its own global SIM card with our pre installed service. Simply insert the card and you are ready to use our service around the world with no extra charges…ever!

This service is in development and will be announced as soon as it is ready. So please do not contact us with questions.
Can I really call any mobile /cell number using the GWN service…even all my contacts at home?

Sure you can. In fact the more contacts you invite the better. Check out our Member Reward Program for info on how you earn instant commission just as soon as anyone in your referral network subscribes.
What about landlines; can I use my home or office phone with GWN?

Yes you can. You have the option to use a landline to make free or massively discounted calls. All you need to do is register your number . Then you can make unlimited free or discounted calls to any other phone number in the world.
This sounds too good to be true. There has to be a catch somewhere?

What can we say to that? Just try it at zero risk and then you can decide if it is too good to be true!

News Update 3rd Sept.

Telecoms Integration and Activation: There will be a new telecoms back office integrated in the next few days. The new telecoms back office will include a web phone and other functions including instant messaging and SMS.

The web phone will let you make free calls to other GWN registered numbers as well as discounted calls to other numbers.

This is all included with the mobile phone registration package including the GWN mobile browser.

So even if you do not have a smart phone or even if you do, You will be able to make unlimited free calls directly from any PC.

Extra features will be added ASAP including multi user conferencing, video conferencing and more.

Members registered for the free trial will be able to use the web phone and all features.

Bonus: The bonus will come to an end very soon. Members who have been waiting for the Neteller gateway have their bonuses resrved.

Neteller: After repeated issues and many complaints from members about the lack of a user friendly Neteller service, we have decided to stop using Neteller. Please set up your free AlertPay account for commission payouts.

Greenwin Network Update – 17 September 2010


New Telecoms Back Office: The integration was completed on Tuesday. The web dialer required some work with new components being integrated including the skin which gives the web dialer the look of an iPhone. This work is also completed now.

The free trial and paid subscribers data base will be moved onto the sip server for activation. This work is scheduled for Monday.

Other features including the desktop soft phone are also scheduled for next week. The desktop softphone will be downloaded onto your PC and can be used to make calls without having to login to your back office. The desktop phone will work on MACs. The desktop phone is optional and free.

The back office webphone can be accessed from any PC. The desktop phone is for use on your own PC. Both phones are linked to the FreeCall and SureCall systems.

The mobile phone deployment is scheduled to begin very soon after the web / desktop phone activation.

Commission payments: The new masspay function is integrated and will be active from Monday. The new system enables us to payout commisison with one click. If you need to withdraw commission before Monday please open a support ticket.

Greenwin Network Update – 1 October 2010

Telecoms office debug: The chat function was fixed on Monday. During further tests of the web dialer a random glitch was detected that has needed debugging. This was a bug that would allow the auto login connection to be made and then disconnect.

This has also been fixed now. The telecoms team are now doing further tests.

An update will be posted on Tuesday with further news re the new telecoms back office.

Mobile to Mobile Calls: we continue to test with the team and are delighted to report that so far the call quality is excellent using the international free call services. Latency is almost non existant and the audio is better than a normal mobile call. Echo cancellation, noise suppression and packet delivery are highly efficient.

Call rates: We are having our new SureCall tariff comparisons compiled. We are mostly cheaper or about the same as Skype, Google and Yahoo with almost every popular destination. We bill per second and there are no hidden connection or termination fees. What you see is what you pay.

Even with our profit margin we are still mostly cheaper than Skype, Google, Yahoo and most other companies out there….and we will be sharing our profits with you on a 50/50 split. So every time anyone in your referral network buys top up credit you will be earning instant cash commission that can build into a very healthy passive income.

News Update 15th Oct


Telecoms Portal: The team have now completed the last fixes and will re integrate the new portal at the begining of next week. All features are working and tested for this phase of the beta launch.


Bonuses: All bonuses have been credited based on the verification replies received. If you have not been credited your bonus please open a support request.


Mobile services: The 4 core platforms are ready and can be deployed more or less at the same time. This will be for Symbian. iPhone Android and Windows. The blackberry OS will follow ASAP. The deployment of the mobile services is scheduled for the 1st November.


Start dates: All start dates for the free trial and the 12 month access will be adjusted to begin on the 1st day of the telecoms back office portal going live next week.



Mobile numbers: We are correcting the mobile numbers entered wrongly into the system. These have to be done manually one after the other. When your number is corrected you will be able to receive calls on your mobile phone. Please remain patient while this process is completed. We estimate that it will take until Wednesday or Thursday to complete the task. This will mean that those members who did not enter the correct data will not be able to receive calls on their mobile devices until their number has been corrected.



Profit Share: The profit share has been entered into the system but not all stakeholder accounts were updated. This will be fixed next week.

News Update 20th Oct


Telecoms portal: The portal is published now. We still have to push all the registered user names / numbers over to the new SIP Server network. So if you cannot use the portal functions yet please stay patient until your account is fully activated.


Please keep in mind that over 40% of the registered numbers were not entered correctly by members and these are also being fixed.


All registered users should have full access to all functions by close of business on Friday. Please DO NOT open support requests if you cannot use the portal yet.


Top Up Credits: Purchasing top up credits to use some of the functions will be available next week.


Free Trial: Members registered for the free trial will have their start dates adjusted to use the portal and then again to use the mobile services which are scheduled for deployment on the 1st November.

 

12 Month Access: Registered members will have their start dates adjusted for the portal and then again for the mobile services.

 

Profit Share: The profit share has been entered into the mass pay system but not all the accounts were updated. This will be fixed ASAP
