I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely tired of survey companies offering you measly points for your well deserved time or offering to put you into a silly sweepstakes drawing where you’re more likely to get hit by lightening then actually win anything in it.

Some people are more than willing to offer their for free in order to give their valuable input. I’m not one of those people. If I do a stupid survey, I want to be paid for my time and opinions because I know they will be valuable to the company seeking the information.

Though I wish Valued Opinions would’ve just sent me a check in the mail, or better yet a Paypal deposit, instead I received a Visa debit card to use at my disposal. It’s pretty much the same thing as getting a check in the mail because it has the same value. I can essentially use the Visa debit card on whatever I would like to use it on. I’ll probably end up buying a new book with it.

Valued Opinions doesn’t pay you in the form of a check, instead you choose a gift card option in order to receive payment. I chose the Visa pre-paid gift card option so I can use the money any way I want or need to use it. Once I receive the $20.00 gift card I will make a copy of it and display the gift card as payment proof that Valued Opinions is really a legit survey company that pays their members.

Typically, you can expect to earn anywhere from $2.00 to $5.00 per survey with Valued Opinions. I’m not going to lie to you. Surveys are not easy, they are very tedious, repetitious, and of course, very boring. I find myself letting survey earning opportunities pass me by everyday because I just don’t feel like I have the time. I regret saying this, but a lot of times I don’t feel like the survey is even worth my time.

Why do I speak of such negativity? Well, because the survey sites I recommend to you are all free to join, so sign up with them anyway and wait for the higher paying survey opportunities to come your way. That’s my rule of thumb. I don’t know about you, but spending an estimated 30 minutes of my time taking a survey for a measly dollar, is really not worth it to me. What’s your opinion on that matter?

With Opinion Square you can take surveys for cash and/or prizes. It really depends on what surveys are available at the current moment. If cash or prizes aren’t available, at least you’ll know you will have a chance to win one of Opinion Square’s latest $100,000 monthly sweepstakes with a valuable entry. Once you join, you can actually increase your chances to win Opinion Square’s sweepstakes by referring friends and family.

Believe it or not, Opinion Square has an online community of over 2 million members worldwide. That either means they’ve been around for awhile, or at least they don’t drop their members like some other survey companies I know. Once you join Opinion Square you’ll have to install some software on your computer. This software helps increase your eligibility to take certain surveys that may interest you and make you money online.

Once you sign up with Opinion Square, expect to receive an average of 3 to 4 surveys a month. It is always up to you whether or not you want to participate in any surveys you receive from Opinion Square. Just know that them more surveys you take, the more chances you’ll have to be entered into that monthly sweepstakes.

Survey Scout only has a one time fee to get access to the list of survey companies they have compiled over the years. I believe that one time fee is only $36.95, don’t quote me on this though. Do you know how quickly and easily you can make that money back? I’ve been working with free paid survey companies for awhile now so I’m confident in telling you it won’t be difficult to make that small investment back 10 fold.

Most of the survey sites at Survey Scout have quick registrations and will send you an e-mail whenever a survey becomes available for you to take. If you don’t qualify for the paid survey, that’s OK, you’ll still be entered into a monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win a cash prize. I still like the survey companies that make you log in to check if a survey is available, but I think those days are quickly fading away.

You’ll notice on the Survey Scout home page that most surveys pay anywhere from $5.00 to $75.00. This really is over doing it just a little bit. In reality, most surveys typically pay around $1.00 to $5.00 on average. Every once in a while you’ll get lucky and qualify for a survey that’s $10.00 or over. I just want to mention this so you know the truth about paid surveys.

Survey Savvy is a free free survey site, so don’t worry about losing any money with this one. Survey Savvy claims they give back about 20% of their yearly online revenue to their survey community. Survey Savvy has been in business since 1999 so you know they are stable. Survey Savvy is also available to international members and currently has members in over 195 countries worldwide.

Once you’re a member of Survey Savvy, all you have to do is wait for paid surveys to be delivered to the e-mail address you signed up with. I usually get a few Survey Savvy e-mails a month. The next thing you’ll want to do is spread the word to your family and friends that Survey Savvy exists. Survey Savvy has a sample e-mail you can use in your back office to help you accomplish this task.

A.W. Surveys has a pretty strict and ridiculous 45 day inactive clause. If you don’t log into your account to stay active with A.W. Surveys and it has been one day over 45 days; your account with them will be deleted. You’ll have to start all over from scratch and your earnings will be deleted. You think you are making good money with them until you find out A.W. Surveys is a scam just waiting for you to be inactive for over 45 days. They win, you lose.

A.W. Surveys also really isn’t a real Survey Company in my opinion. Yes A.W. Surveys does ask for your opinion on various websites, but they are really an affiliate company. A.W. Surveys believes if they can get you to look at their affiliate sites and write a quick 2 to 3 sentence spiel about them, you just might sign up with the affiliate site they are promoting.

Now for the positives of joining A.W. Surveys. If you are certain you can be diligent in staying an active member with them, I would recommend taking advantage of the free to sign up opportunity. A.W. Surveys has paid out over $100,000 to their active members since they’ve been in existence.

A.W. Surveys offers you a minimum of a $6.00 sign up bonus survey for signing up with them. In addition to this they’ve added $20.00 more in $4.00 sign up bonus surveys and a $1.00 monthly bonus survey. This technically gives you a $27.00 sign up bonus. On top of that you can make $1.25 for every member you refer worldwide.

Remember, the only downfall is that A.W. Surveys will delete your account if you are inactive for more than 45 days. This has gotten me twice now.  If my account had not been deleted twice now, I would’ve earned my minimum $75.00 to cash out by now. That means I would have  included a proof of payment in this post.

Don’t expect to make $20.00 to $75.00 a survey with Your2Cents. It’s not a scam, so if you want to get scammed, go find a Survey Company that asks you for your money before you sign up with them. Your2Cents is 100% legit. They don’t pay very much for their surveys though. Expect to earn $1.00 to $3.00 on average for each 15 minute to 30 minute survey you take. I know this doesn’t sound like a lot, but I probably receive paid surveys from Your2Cents about once every 2 to 3 days. Some surveys will pay $5.00 to $10.00, but like I said earlier, most are under $3.00.

Don’t expect to qualify for every survey you receive in your inbox either. Don’t worry though, even if you don’t qualify for a survey, Your2Cents will still enter you into their $5,000.00 drawing for being an active survey taker. To get paid by Your2Cents, you only need to earn a minimum of $10.00 in your cash accrued account. Once you are above the required minimum, just request a check, it’s that easy. I believe Your2Cents will even pay you for completing your online profiles with them. They do this because it helps them send you surveys that they know you’ll actually have a chance of qualifying for.

There are a lot of different Survey Companies out there. Some will claim they are a Survey Company and ask you for a one time fee to get access to their list of paid surveys. What they are actually doing is making you pay a fee to get access to free Survey Companies like Your2Cents that you really shouldn’t have to pay a dime to become a member of in the first place.

Survey Companies like Your2Cents want and need more members to take surveys from them to help satisfy their clients. That is why they are free to join and actually pay you for your opinions. So beware of fake Survey Companies that require a fee to sign up with them, it’s just not necessary.

Don’t get me wrong, not all the sign up links in the back office are paid to sign up offers, some of them really are surveys. I just think Panda Research should do a better job of categorizing their offers so their members don’t get confused.

I’ve been a member of Panda Research for a long time and have never paid a single dime to them. I even have to admit I’ve been inactive as a member as welll, but thankfully my account has never been suspended or deleted. I think that’s a great thing about Panda Research in general. Any Company that has been around for awhile is more than likely not going to go anywhere because they probably have a good business plan set up.

Not only can you get paid by completing offers with Panda Research, you can also refer others and get paid. If you refer someone, not only will Panda Research pay the new member $5.00 for joining, but they will also pay you $5.00 for referring that new member. There is no limit on how much money you can make for referring new members to Panda Research.

There are actually a lot of paid offers in the back office. I could easily say they have more than $200.00 worth of paid offers and surveys you could take. According to Panda Research’s frequently asked questions the average time it takes to complete each offer is about 10-15 minutes. That’s not too bad.

Something I don’t like about Panda Research is that you have to earn at least $100.00 to get paid and it will take at least 30 days to process your payment. One more limiting factor is that they only accept members from the United States. Other than that, Panda Research looks like a good Company to join as far as I’m concerned.
